Cold and warm weather in the world is made by the sun.

Whenever the strong bright light of the sun shines through the air and against the earth, the earth grows warm. The air above the earth grows warm. Then we have warm weather, because of the sun.

Whenever the sun's light slants through the air and across the earth, the earth is colder, and the air above the earth is colder. Then we have colder weather, because of the sun.
